I am swooning over this outfit. Those shoes are to die for and that skirt is so girly and sweet. I don't usually love peplum but this top just works so well with the skirt. This is one of my all-time favorites!!
You must be a mind reader! Just last night I was mentally putting together an outfit like this (mentally because I don't yet have the white peplum top I'm lusting after) and wondering if a fuller or flowy skirt would suit such a top. I even pulled out my own gingham shoes too! ;P
